I'm using the IRDA (infrared) link and EasyGPRS 2.1.5 but I can't send photos from my phone to my computer. The "My Photo" button is grayed out in EasyGPRS and I have no way to transfer to the photos. Please help!

You can only transfer pictures with the v200. I had a v205 and I had your problem so I flashed my phone to a v200 and it works fine.

Does this mean that the v200 can transfer files from phone to computer via IRDA?
Or can it only do it under USB/SERIAL Cable?

By the way, I think i read it somewhere on this forum... somebody said something about typing an unlock code to allow the V205 to transfer files to the computer via EasyGPRS. Is this true? If so, what's the code?

I don't think the IrDa works for transferring files to your PC. But i'm not sure though. don't take my word for it. as for V205 i could never get it to work to transfer pictures from phone to pc. just upgrade your phone to V200.

ok i have just recently aquired a samsung V200 mobile phone, and dont have the users manual (got it second hand off a friend who lost the manual)
how do i go about transferring pictures to my computer, and do i need any extra parts???
i'd appreiciate a reply asap

You need a Datacable or IrDa and EasyGPRS. The manual and EasyGPRS can be found on www.samsung.com .
