I am trying to figure out the right settings to FLASH the phone. I have an old firmware version and need to update to get the voice keytones. Can anyone help me to get the current firmware X475UVEB2 Rev 1.6? I also need a way to flash the phone. I haven't had much luck trying to guess the settings for Optiflash 3.6 3.7 and 4.14. Let me know if anyone can help. Thanks.

As that is a new model of phone not sure the exact settings, you could try the Customer T: X40x setting or the TEST loaders on v3.6. If the setting is going to work to flash/backup when optiflash tells you to power on the phone it should not power on and the program should start running. Not sure were you can get X475 firmware but I havent really looked. Try search in google. If you are not on dial up (because it would take you forever) and you get the firmware to backup send it to me with www.yousendit.com (email addy is under profile). I would be interested in seeing if I could flash my X426 with that firmware.

I TRYED THIS FIRMWARE AND IT STILL SAYS PHONE LOCK RETURN FOR SERVICE! but the imei# did change any help would be great and i did back up mine
