Got a cd i installed everything and understand it pretty well. i've got some cool ringtones of my own music wich i appreciate..
how can i delete all the factory tones and pics?
i want more of my space to add pics..
anyway to i don't see one so far...

To delete the ringtones from the factory your going to need some help from p2kman...google out "xlr8 hex" without quotes and select the first listing. Inside there look for p2kman, then after you download and extract it all you have to do is either delete them or set the attributes so that their not locked.

Agreed....p2kman if misused can be rather harmfull to the phone as it exposes the most important phones...kinda like going into the windows directory and deleting and renaming things....its gonna screw up the system. So the point being is be careful and NEVER delete what your not sure of...Come and ask us and well let you know if its deletable.

i got it and it's saying my cell isn't connected to my pc. wich is is. i have a v180. compatible with p2k?

Should be but I forgot to mention you will need the P2kman driver if you have XP or you can google out PST and install that. Then you will have to install all the drivers when prompted. Point the install directory to the (C:\Program Files\Motorola\PST) and it should be alright.

i love it when a plan comes together.. Thank you guys for all your help that was flawless. my phone is fresh and fully customizable i love it.. thank you..
ut oh i just noticed i can't communicate with my phone on mobile phone tools anymore.
