TO CHANGE THE EXTERIOR LCD DISPLAY PICTURE YOU HAVE TO
1)backup your phone with optiflash 4.14 here is =>http://forums.mobiledia.com/topic4919.html
2)then after you have the firmware in .sre form you download MOT2BIN, its a console software so you don't just open it, you drag your .sre firmware onto the MOT2BIN and it'll create a .bin file in the same directory
3) download Januka Samsung Firmware Modifier
==>http://www.personal.psu.edu/users/s/j/sjs342/Software_files/Januka% 20SFB.exe
4) open Januka and click on file->open then chose the .bin that MOT2BIN has created from your firmware.
5) go to the 16 bit compressed images and click Firmware scan, then try to find your image if it appears distorted click on the +/- of the width and height and try to get it into focus.(mine model is e316 so my external images is the address D6CF90
6) once you have found the original external image of your phone then highlight that address and click export on the right side where the there is picture of a samsung phone. save it somewhere.
7)edit that picture that you exported with photoshop or some image editting program. save it.
then go back to the Januka program and click the replace button and pick the editted picture.
9)goto file->export *.sre, rename it and click save.
10) close the Januka program and open optiflash and browse for the new .sre firmware that Januka created.
11)click on option->settings, goto the generic tab then check difference only. and click ok
12) now flash your phone. and you will have a new external display. Enjoy

Hello,I have exported and than modified the picture, but when I click SOSTITUISCI (replace) doesn't work. Where I must save the original picture? How I can PICK the new picture in the list of picture,using always Januka.
Plz, tell me more,

i don't think this works for the p207.i does not detect it....to bad
inless there is an alternative to p207?another name some were else?
