Thanks for all the advice on getting tmobile to update web services. I recieved the update but I still can not connect. In this post I wanted to ask if there was any way to change the phones firmware, to show t-mobile T-zones instead of cingular mall. Or change everything cingular to t-mobile, ie the outside lcd with phone open and browser pages. Also how can you test your MMS. I sent a couple of messages and they all were unable to be delivered. Thank you for any reply.

Yeah if you can find a T-Mobile branded firmware you can have it just like a T-Mobile branded V600, however it may be easier finding an unbranded flash/flex I would recommend the E9 Flex and Triplets_G_0B.09.45R flash. You can change the outer LCD display from cingular to T-Mobile without flashing/flexing through seem editting with XVI32 the outlcd display text is located in seems 0061-0001 & 0062-0001 and to activate custom lcd display edit seem 004a_0001 offset 27 to 01. Read more about flashing, flexing and seem editting in the Motorola Talk forum.
