Change browser from Cingular to T-Mobile

I have a sonny ericsson s710a with t-mobile but i can't use the browser.Please let me know how i can change .I call sony costumer service 4 time and they send me the setting but still don't work.I also call t-mobile 4 times and they send me the setting and still dont work.A friend toll me the only way is to flash the phone but I don't know where i have to go to do that.

Thanks for all the advice on getting tmobile to update web services. I recieved the update but I still can not connect. In this post I wanted to ask if there was any way to change the phones firmware, to show t-mobile T-zones instead of cingular mall. Or change everything cingular to t-mobile, ie the outside lcd with phone open and browser pages. Also how can you test your MMS. I sent a couple of messages and they all were unable to be delivered. Thank you for any reply.

Yeah if you can find a T-Mobile branded firmware you can have it just like a T-Mobile branded V600, however it may be easier finding an unbranded flash/flex I would recommend the E9 Flex and Triplets_G_0B.09.45R flash. You can change the outer LCD display from cingular to T-Mobile without flashing/flexing through seem editting with XVI32 the outlcd display text is located in seems 0061-0001 & 0062-0001 and to activate custom lcd display edit seem 004a_0001 offset 27 to 01.
