I have been dealing with customer care as a 3rd party exclusively for about 4 years now. I just happen to know the right things to say and would be more than happy to help.

Nice, Well right now I'm not sure if I'll go to that package but I might. What do you need to do it for me?

My website is down right now otherwise I would just rout you to there. Go ahead and contact me directly via email because I will need some information you may consider private. Let me know when you are sure you want to change! b__smith001@hotmail.com is the address

The only way I could see you doing something like that would be talking to a new rep lol, I know there is nothing you could say to me to get that!

i work for t-mobile as a sales rep and i would not reccommend anyne give anyone else their personal account information. I see many cases day to day where other people know imformation and their account gets changed for no reason.
I dont know who you are mr. 3rd party but there is no way to get that without a contract extension to my knowledge. Im sure you can "sweet talk" alot of people but a promotional plan to the company is still a promo plan no matter how much you say you love them or how nice their voice sounds.
Cliff Notes: Dont give your personal account info to anyone!

Agreed!
Like I said earlier in this thread if you are not willing to reniew your contract most plans give you the option of adding free nights for 4.99$ (minus the basic plan).

you can add nights to any plan without a contract extension except the $19.99, $29.99 and the 3000 min for $49.99 plan. Other than that it is $4.99 unless you do the 2 month contract and then its included.
