On a side note you cannot add it to the 1k plan (that doesnt come with free nights or weekends) for 39.99$

sorry meant 12 month contract and good call on the 1k 39.99 plan i forgot that,,,isnt that horrible im a sale rep for them...lol

Interesting. There are ways to grant access to an account without giving personal information. Such as having the customer call Customer Care and then having the CSR three-way call me in after the account sensitive information has been given by the customer. Not the cleanest by any means, but certainly effective and keeps everyone safe.

Nice! Usually if the customer requests that the CSR contact "all the parties involved" due to the previous confusion and frustration they have had in the past with other "less experienced" reps, they will make the call.
