i am sorry. i am still not very clear on this. from what i understand that d500 firmware has 4 file: *.cfg; *.cla; *.del; *.tfs
when i unrar those 2 parts of rar files. on part 2, i get "file already exist, do u want replace them" message. and it only has 3 files.
can you explain in details please.

u only have to unpack 1 rar file
the other file has to be in the same directory as the other one
u only need 3 files .tfs .cla .cfg
unpack those in a directory and flash your phone
does anyone have a solution for the ringtone problem?

in D500E ver. there is a EDGE support.
if i upgrade my D500 to be D500E, will the EDGE wotk fine?
beacuse D500E is a phone by him self, and there is a topic here that give you the option to upgrade D500 to D500E.
in D500 there are no EDGE support, and D500E yes.
if i upgrade my D500 to D500E, the EDGE will work fine?

Hi,
i have 2 Problems with D500e Firmware!
1st when i starts a WAP-session Pictures will be very Small,
normal Pictures will get larger by click on it but withe D500e
Firmeware the pics stay small!?!?!
I use Menü *#92782# and i read "SAMSUNG-SGH-D500E/1.0
i erased the "E" from D500E and my Problem with Images are
sloved!!!
After turn OFF and ON the mobile menü *#92782# shows D500E
together!
... how can i sett it to D500 permanently???
2nd I take a Picture and a .mmf Melody and send it by MMS to my self
the MMS comes back without Sound and my Pic is very SMALL,too!?
...and i get a SMS from my Provider (o2) that i cann see the
full MMS by WEB (Phone Incompatible)!?!?!
I send same MMS to a other normal D500 and Message
comes with right PicSitze and Sound!!!
I think the problem is that my D500 is registered at D500e in the
Mobile Network!?!? ...or not
How can i fix this Problem have it withe all D500e Firmwares!!!
pls HELP

Hi!
I have flash my phone with the D500DDED4 but i have one problem. All is working fine except the sound when i nagivate into the menu or when i want to call a number (when i enter the phone number).
Can you help me?
