i've called cingular and samsung's tech support about this password problem and so far i am getting the runaround. I called Samsung first and they told me that any programming on the phone was from cingular and i would have to call them for the password.. I went to cingulars tech support online and did the live support chat and they could not help me.. so i called cingular today and they told me that they didn't have any information on it and to go back to samsung again... I am going to try again at samsung and maybe this time i might get somewhere, if not then screw it..
