umm well... another question.. when i go to Menu then.. Multimedia i dont see a Video Tab..
I see Themes, Camera,Pictures, Sounds, MotoMixer.. but no Video.. i have looked in the manual for the C650 and it should have a Video :S

i know .. thats the confusion there is no video :S..
only the 5 that i described in Multimedia

Agreed, the phone by all means should have the Videos Menu inside the Multimedia section. Return for new one if your within exchanging time. Otherwise some hex editing will be at play here.

I have the exact same problem, and I have t-mobile, could they be blocking it somehow?

got da same problem here... no video. i've got a T-Mobile too. so i guess it could be T-mobile which blocks it

hmmm I have the same problem also. But mine isn't Tmobile, it's from Connex (romanian operator). 
Any ideas of how to unlock that function?
