i have just got an n70 on orange anyone now if you can unlock it

ok i tried the dejan-thas no good fbus error-with the dku5 cable
so gets iot done fer a tenner local
only ITS THE SAME AS IT WAS B4 UNLOCK-CANT CALL CANT TEXT CANT USE THE FONE OTHER THAN CAMERA ETC?!?!?!
wont load the sims wich are all valid.
all i get is in menu-in the bottom folders is one that reps the sim-ergo o2-for o2+orange for orange they are just fone numbers fer emergencies+top up
am fed up with this=sim-ply want it workin
any clues?
