Unlock nokia 6630 from 3 network

Hi!
I bought this phone from ebay and it is locked to 3 network in UK. Is there anyway I can unlock this phone??
I've been search through but could find a proper site to unlock this phone.
Any help will be much appreciate.

yes this isie is right this is the one i used for my phone to unlock. but you need your ime# Inorder to get it take out your sim and pres *#06#

Guys there is no one, no clip, no software yet can unlock this model
( 6630) right now, I have heard that has been crack recently in Europe but no real comformation!!!.
Only your service provider can give the correct code.
Yes it's listed in your Nokia Free calculator but that does not mean it can be unlock so don't waist your tries and I heard more report of this fone only allow 3 tries ( no conformation on this either ).

I'm just now confromed of clip box that can unlock 6630 exiting from Asia.

Nokia 6680 can only be unlocked by your network provider. I am in the same situation as you, I have a Nokia 6680 on 3.

I have spoken to 3 mobile: they say that they cant unlock the phone as they currently dont have the codes from nokia.

Nokia say that 3 have got the codes and are the only ones who can unlock handsets on there networks but are just refusing to allow customers to unlock and change network providers.

Now i dont know how you feel about this but after spending a lot of money on this phone in the first place. I am very angry with 3. and have made complaints to 3 and to ofcom regarding this. In the meantime if anyone has worked out a way of unlocking this handset I would be very interested.

"If your handset was purchased via a Carphone Warehouse then you would
have to return to them with a valid proof of purchase to obtain your
Unlock code. This is because Carphone Warehouse released certain Nokia
handset models earlier than 3 did and as a result took all
responsibilities for the handset warranty which included issuing Unlock codes. Without
your account details I am unable to determine whether or not your
handset falls into that category.

You would require an active 3 SIM to be placed in your handset whilst
you entered the unlock code.
If no active SIM is inserted it could cause complication when you
attempted to enter your Unlock code which may require the handset to be
reflashed.

I hope this clarifies matters for you.

i'm wondering if any of you guys could help me...i've bought a 6680 on orange...and i'm wondering if theres any way of unlocking it as i'm wanting to put my O2 simcard in it....its just i've heard that the 6680 on 3 cant be unlocked...hope you can unlock it on orange...
