With your cell phone i have the same fon and i have no problem at all downloading the polyphonic ringtone, can you download anything at all? If can't download anything that is your problem, are you register on media net.com to make sure you can access the internet, then if that still won' allow you to connect to internet if you are experiencing that problem, you need to go threw your handset congfirations call cust serv, if you can connect to the internet and are able to download from cingular ringtones then there is something wrong with that perticular website or just the ringtone, what i would do is try to download from someone else, also what to let you know what some websites say that they are free and not really and if they aren't free we at customer service can not credit those ringtones.
