Hey guys. I'm trying to upload music and pics to my p735 phone using easystudio II. When I got my phone connected and everything ready to go, I click the File Manager button and nothing shows up. Can anyone figure out what's going on? If you need some more details or something, please say so. Thanks guys!

for those of you who fail to connect your phone to your computer, carefully check out the USB slot to assure the cable is properly plugged.

I have a Samsung E720, I can't put music on it. It says to add music go to Easy Studio II, but there is no where to put the music into it.
First my Easy Studio wasn't working but I got it going BUT still had nothing about music.
Can SOMEONE please help me, I brought this phone because its a mp3 play and at the moment it isn't.

Assuming that Easy Studio can recognize your phone instead of offline. Click the File Manager icon to open another window. Expand My Phone and you should see more folders including one for music I suppose. For details on how to use Easy Studio, press F1 to open Help.

Are you using a 3rd party USB based cable or an oem serial cable? You're using either Samsung EasyGPRS or Samsung PC Studio II too, right?
Easy Studio II won't work with your phone. Only the two mentioned above.

Go into "File->Setup" and diddle with the "Port:" setting.
If you have the phone plugged into the USB port, one
of these will usually work.
The EasyStudio software is not very intuitive
(e.g. baud rate setting when using USB port???)
but it does work. You have to experiment.
