can someone show me how to download ring tones and screen saver on the v205 what do i need????

it depends on how you plan to download these things. you can either get the data cable and load these things straight to your phone thru your computer or you can subscribe to the WAP service with your service provider. if you plan to download it from a website or something like that you'll have to follow the instructions that the website provides you with.

If you have IrDA or USB cable, you can download screensavers and ringtones from your computer to your V205 with the help of Easy GPRS version 2.1.2.
Can someone please tell me where to find this 2.1.2 version of the software? I'm looking on the site and can't find it.
Also, can you send from your computer to your phone if you have v205 firmware? If so, how do you do it? I've searched these forums and can't find the answer.

No, you need to flash to V200 firmware if you want to transfer photos taken on your phone to your PC.

What about the other way around--transferring pics and tones from computer to phone? Do I still need the data cable to do this?
