I messed with the gain table, but to no avail, when someone calls me my voice is all static-e and my ear piece does the same, but I can still hear them clearly. Anyone know what to do?

Lower your gain_table settings back down. The volume maybe be too loud.

nope, the main problem is the other person can't hear me because of the static

Is the problem happening everywhere or is it centralized to a specific location?? (within a 7-10 mile radius).

Well, it seems to be everywhere, cause I was in Clearlake, CA, 150 miles from the 7-10 mile radius, and it was still hard to hear me, and my dad's phone is the same but has no problem

Lot simpler than I thought, I just took it apart and cleaned the contacts on the microphone
|
