So last night I put my v400 on the charger to charge overnight like I always do...and in the morning I kept hearing the low battery tone, so I get up and turn it off, now it wont turn on at all...the keypad just blinks  ...did I burn my battery, did it not charge?? Please help me

You may have a bad battery. If you can borrow a friend's and see if that's the case.

It may also be the pronges under the charger that was not contacting correctly with your phone. Did you notice the charging status light was visible last night?

my charger is from a 3rd party company because the original broke  ...so I bought it, but like u siad the prongs sometimes dont connect and i have to hold the plug to my phone for about 10 seconds for it to start.

ya...i'll die if its the phone...but I put the phone on the charger right now, it doesnt charge or anything
