Hi guys
This is what I get when I start my v400p:

BootLoader
07.D0
Sw Version:
Triplets_G_0B.09.58R

Battery Low
Cannot Program

I left it 11hs charging, it didnīt work.
Connecting the usb cable wonīt work either, it gets recognized but the battery low wonīt stop flashing there on my screen.
I tried to install a flash because I wanted to change the 58R
I tried a 01.R376_G_0E.65.25R_LP0039_DRM0001_JPJAVA_G_0E_R376_06_00_03R_SE5117AX XH107D_1FF

After that, today, my phone died.

What can I do?? Can I rescue it somehow??
Iīm about to take it to motorola, I really need the phone.
I wish I had never touched it!
Iīll be waiting for your reply guys, thanks a lot!

I just went to Motorola before going to work, and they don't even have the v400p in my country, plus... they have no idea on what a flash, bootloader or flex might be...

Help please! I'm really pissed off with myself.
Thanks,

Damian.

Ooooh, you think my battery went dead? It's new... the problem is that noone has my cellphone here, I'll try to get something like that... that's bad.
Would a monsterflash reset the bootloader as well? I think I found the one specific for the v400p.

Thanks for helping me! I really appreciate it.

I believe so, I cannot post it here because Im at work I dont know the exact name for it, but I guess I do.
Im not sure what the monster ones do.
Actually, I was trying to remove it and go back the original soft from the v400p, which I believe, uses the same bootloader.
Anyhow, I was not even able to try it, since it keeps saying that I don't have battery, even after 9hs of charge, Motorola told me to try 24hs but it doesn't sound like it would make a difference.
The thing is new, has less than a month and it got ruined after I tried to install a ... 45r I believe it was.
I guess I have a bootloader corrupted, might that be it?

I got that MMS tool, that suppossedly can fix dead phones, but nothing will recognize my phone through the usb cable no more. Windows does, but not any phone tool.

I hope this explanation is of extra help, thanks again for helping me out.
You are being way more useful than Motorola itself!

That is a good one... you know? I don't remember if I tried with PST!
I tried all the other tools... but I don't remember about PST... I'll try when I get home, which is gonna be in some hours.

Where are you from by the way? I'm from Buenos Aires.

I'll try that soft and let you know, thanks a lot again, is really appreciated.

Damian.

PS: Be honest... can it happen that it dies and it's NOT possible to bring it back to life?

Got it!!

I made it work, I already tried this, but today it worked:

Connected the ac adapter to the phone, turned it on in flash mode (only possible mode) and then removed the adapter from the phone.
This kinda likes fools it and it doesnīt say the "battery error" msg, then you plug in the usb cable and you are ready to go!
I tried that several times yesterday, for some reason it worked and it took the 58R right away.

Now Iīll try to see if thereīs a way to go back to the original v400p soft, so I get all itīs features again... like PTT and sound and handsfree... I hope I donīt break it again! Iīll research better this time.

Thanks a lot for your help!!

Damian
