I have been looking through the forum to find my answer but I can seem to find it. I have just got a USB cable and I set it up. I downloaded the new Samsung program. I start the program and it downloads my phonebook when I start it up. I am trying to send an image or melody to my phone but the program won't let me click them. I will let me go to File Manager but that's it. Any ideas?

When you said new Samsung program, did you mean PIMS & File Manager? The difference between EasyGPRS and PIMS & File Manager is that for EasyGPRS, you can select icons for Image and Picture download. Whereas for PIMS & File Manger, all the download and upload are done within File Manager. When in File Manager window, expand My Phone and you should see different folders for My Photo, Sounds, Pictures (They may have different names). To find more details, press F1 or click Help - Help Contents for the Help manual.

I have the new File Manager program. I go to file manager and I can see the folders on my phone, My Photo, Sounds, Pictures, I can look at my pictures that I have taken on my camera phone. I just can't figure out how to download the ringtones to my phone. I know the current ringtones I have work because I used to have the Samsung E715 and they worked on that one so I just would like to put them on my new phone. When I click on the ringtones the option to upload them to my phone isn't available in the file manager section.

Did you mean that when you click on the mmf ringtones in your PC folder, the upload icon within the File Manager window is still grayed out?
By the way, did you download the E315 PIMS & File Manager and not one for other model?
Another thing is you have to select and open the Sounds folder under My phone first before you select the ringtone as the ringtone has to go to that folder only and not My Photo or Pictures.
