Any store may have those, or maybe even your service provider will fix such things for a fee with a salvaged phone they may have, but as for the other question try powering down the phone and removing the battery for a period, that should reset all the phones apps, maybe it'll help, I say give it a shot.

Had the same issue one time with my V600 left the phone on for 4 days straight without power cycle (should know better lol) just turned off for 2 minutes restarted and issue resolved. However if what I and veilfore89 say do not work I would look into a warranty repair. Call cingular first, because if you disassemble and try to repair yourself kiss your warranty goodbye lol. All phones purchased brand new through cingular should come with a 12 month warranty (as long as you didnt get from friend, pawn shop, ebay etc..).

Yup, warranty is awful, I am very precautious about hexing or any other sort of editing until warranty is passed, things can get rather sticky if you take authority into your own hands, even replacing the face voids the warranty these days. But try our suggestion then try the other such as a new camera.
