hello i purchased this data cable from ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5778118522&rd=1&ssp agename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1
and it only came with drivers.can someone explain where i can get the software and how to get it working?i tried looking at other posts but i couldn't get the software to detect my phone.

i installed that program but it wouldnt detect that my phone is connected. is there any drivers that i have to download?

I thought you said that the cable comes with driver. Did you install the driver? Can you see a line like ... usb-to-serial ... (COMx) under Ports (COM & LPT) in Device Manager. x can be any number 3 or higher. In PIMS, click File - setup and change Ports to match with COMx. Make sure speed is 115200.

i bought the e315 cable, same as above. I cant find the driver or my comp doesnt regonize it. Help!

for some reason i have download the usb driver but it just doesnt seem to work. my computer doesnt recongize it. and i have changed it to com 3 or higher. and it doesnt show up under (com & lpt)
