btw, mine is slow too.....
so many issues with this phone, i dont think it is worth the money.
Well if the phone is anything like the V600 slow menu response can be fixed by changing the flex on the phone.
Flexing the phone...? :S, Does this void the warranty and stuff? Also to flex do u have to go somewhere or...
Anyone have more info on this. Also do u know if all phones have a warranty or do u have to purchase it specifically?

Yes it voids the warranty, no I dont think anyone offers this kind of service you will need to do it yourself... To learn more about flashing/flexing Vxxx model phones go to the firmware and flashign section of this forum. You get a warranty for 12 months through Rogers (good luck using it their phone servicing under warranty policy SUCKS) Only get a 12 month warranty if you bought phone brand new NOT from friend,ebay,pawn shop etc..
