ive just bought an E720 Samsung and have not got a clue how to use the MP3 player. I didnt get any cables with the phone or disks etc. Can anyone guide me in right direction?

Hi Gail
You will need either a usb cable or bluetooth dongle to transfer files to your phone, also download easy studio from samsungs website look in support/downloads.

Hi there,
you can get a cable from a company called diugi uk, the only problem is the softwear doesnt work properly so u will need to call them to get help to download the softwear

i have bought the relevant usb cable for my samsung e720 phone but my pc now says it doesnt recognise it and ive followed the instructions on the download. i give up, all i want is to download songs on to my phone.
can anyone please help me, email me at gail@port06.wanadoo.co.uk

ooh i had the same problem... being the 18 yr old that i am im very impatient so i bought a million things to get the MP3's onto my phone... i bought the easy studio 2.0 software... and a bluetooth dongle... installed the software for both and then connected my phone to my pc... using my phone i looked through my music files on my pc from my fone... making sure the songs are in MP3 format... and then selected the song and waited for it to upload to my phone! and now i can do it over and over again! YAY!!!!!!  !
