While trying to get my imei #, i think i screwed up my phone. I had my sim card in and now the phone says "contact service provider". am I out of luck now? Do not want cingular as a provider. Any info would be great! Thanks!

Get a simcard for Cingular and insert it in for 5 min every thing will go back to normal then go unlock it or just go ahead unlock now and don't hace to worry about that message

I did the same thing...put in the cingular sim card ..(it's working for cingular sim card) but now i can't obtain the imei number....Can I still unlock the phone? How much would that cost?

Hi OLD_FOOL, I need help unlocking this daygon motorola RAZR phone I just got from my mom. She sent it in from the U.K and it keeps asking me to contact service provider...which sucks.
