just bought a usb data cable off the net for my e330 the brand's dr cable, wheneveri plug it in, it just charges and i can't upload anything onto my phone. PLEASE help?

Hi still have not been able to resolve this problem. Yeah i do use easy studio but it doesn't connect and it says it's offline. Help!

Do you know if the cable is compatible to your model? Have you installed the correct usb-to-serial driver for your cable? Have you setup Easy Studio to the correct port?

hi ive got the same problem of the official samsung software not reading my E330. ive tried various other softwares and none of those work either. ive heard that i could use a usb-to-serial driver to get the software to read the phone, but dont quite understand how it works - would i just install the driver and then be able to use the usb cable as normal? and does anybody know where i could get the driver for it? if you need to konw what usb cable i have it's WT048000317

The E33x (I know, the E330 and E335 are different models with almost no similarity in platform, but nevertheless..) models tends to have a lot of cable mismatch (usually on the part of the vendors, whom erraneously, most tend to sell Agere series data cables, rather than the E33x respective cables)
Likely, if you can't access the phone after the driver is installed properly, then it's a problem with the cable.

i have just bought a serial cable for my mobile samsung E330 and i connect it to my PC and my mobile but nothing happens what should i do?

i have a data serial cable for samsung E330 (model: PCB037LBE )and the serial number is ( rt1w901zs) but when i connect it to my pc nothing happens then i thought that the cable was cut some how but i check it up and it was GOOD
