I can buy a v635 unlocked online if I do so can I without upseting tmobile use it . what I mean is if I buy a v635 will it work on the tmobile service and would they have a problem with me using it on they're service???

No you can use it with their service as long as its unlocked, the V635 supports T-Mobiles bandwidth and they do not care if you are using an unsupported model, just keep in mind that T-Mobile doesnt warranty non T-Mobile phones so if you need warranty exchange you need to contact manufacturer (but if your buying off ebay this does not apply to you). You will need to set the phone up to use the wap deck (tzone) and to MMS (multimedia messagge)
