on my motorola v265 i have mobile tools or something. When i get mp3s from limewire and then get the part of the song i like then i transfer it to my phone. then it's on my phone but it says it's corrupt.

how long are the parts of the mp3 that you are trying to send to the phone/its probably currupt lol. Had the same problem with 1 screensaver I tried putting on my phone, nothing else.

Hmmm, I would try ripping some songs off a cd into Mp3 format, crop and try another 20 second one.

I tried that already..it didn't work...and i just tried turning the .wav files into .mmf files but that still didnt work

Ahh the motorola V265 does not support Mp3's yes Midi would be the correct format, mmf is a samsung thing.
