I believe you are in boot mode. Some phone will display info and some will just have lit screen.

Hi guys, i have same problem. My phone doesn`t communicate with my laptop.
When i switch on , it doesn`t startup, but the light of the key is on.And when i connect it to the charger it shows Hello moto graphic, then nothing happens after it.Before it asked my pin number, but not again.Any idea?

Try removing sim and starting with charger. Does it do the same thing or go to the Insert Sim screen?

Sorry Gentlemen, the lit screen turns off immediately on its own, and therefore MultiFlashFlex then cannot communicate with the T720. I really think the phone is dead now. The only way is to remove the flash chip from the phone and replace it with a working one.
