Moto V400
Moto USB Cable OEM

A member of these forums told me there was an opcode to unlock java uploader on my V400 in the VXXX tips & tricks thread. I looked and cant see it, only thing I can find is that p2ktools is needed to unlock java uploader.

If this is the case can someone please give me the link on how to use p2k to unlock, or any other method.

Yes I have tried searching, but cant find this information.

Also if anyone has a link for howto use midway to load games with a USB NOT bluetooth or WIFI or something, thanks.

Thanks in advance.

Yes there was but don't know what happen it's not there now but i'll put it back.
Press "Menu"-key and IMMEDIATELY type 048263*

You will see some requests to enter data:

Opcode- enter 47 and press OK
Field1- 50
Field2- 1
Field3- 67
Field4- 1
Field5(D)- 247

After that on display will appear Results F1:0

Re boot your fone and it’s done

So no need for p2ktools to unlock the java uploader?

What about a link to using midway with usb to put games and apps on my phone?

Ok im confused. Do I do this via the opcode or the tut Samsung posted?

Also for the opcode, im pressing the Menu button (looks like 4 dashes with top dash the biggest), then 048263* and nothing... is the v400 not compatible with this or, do I have to enable opcodes first?

Thanks for help thus far.

I cant seem to use these opcodes, as I cant enter the opcode submenu on my v400.

I press the (menu) + 048263 + *, and it does nothing but sit at the menu.

Am I doing something wrong?

I looked into doing the PST 6.7 way, but I cant find the patch and it doesnt seem to work with SP2 very well.

Does this opcode unlock java loading without this messy PST way? If so how come I cant seem to get into the submenu?

Have you enter the code within 5 sec after you press menu key?
