I still haven't been able to get this work. The ports will not show up when you do the setup even though the modems are install and works on my GPRS software and my x475 phone but will not respond to the x495 phone.

i had the same grey option problem, but somehow fiddling around with the file manager (using the down content advice) i got it to work. Only problem now is that an error message keeps popping up:
"Video recording event was occured"

Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

I think I have set up the port settings right but when I try to download things my phone isn't on the list. First after starting up the PIMS and file manager I click on the 'File Manager' icon along the top bar. Then in the top left box is says 'My phone' but when I click it my phone isn't in the dropdown menu.

Can anyone help icon_question.gif

I am very puzzeled icon_huh.gif and confused icon_blink.gif
