i need to know how i can get photos from my comp to my fone cuz on this easystudio thingy the foto option doenst light up its greyed out. xx

Have you tried using PIM & File manager Version 2?
You can get it from the samsung webbie.  errr if not have you tried uninstalling it and installing it again..?
If not that then i havent a clue

HELP!!!
ive got the samsung E350 and have been wanting to be able to put mp3's onto my mobile for ages so i decided to buy the data cable. It arrived with PC Studio 2.0 i downloaded it onto my computer and now here is where i am having trouble.
when i open it up, i cant seem to get my phone to be 'online' does anyone know how to do this?
also when it is online do i go to file manager to be able to put the mp3's onto my phone?
will be grateful of a reply!

ok, ive got it connected, but now i cant seem to upload mp3's into my 'music' folder and goes to 'other files' then i cant play it as an mp3. anyone know how to sort this?

Hi
I am having big problems with my samsung pc studio. I have downloaded the software and it is working. I can download my pictures and everything with the software but am unable to copy to my pc. Any ideas????

Are you sure that the files are MP3 format?

the music files on my comp are mp3 audio yes, and the 2 songs that were originally already included on my phone are mp3 too, it just wont upload onto my phone and goes into 'other files'

I have sucessfully connected my phone to my computer through a data cable with these steps:
1. download the PC studio 3.1 for the Samsung t809 and install following all the directions given.
2. if it was done right you will have a small window in the bottom right corner that says that new hardware found and drivers sucessfully added
3. after that you have to download the correct program for the t509 which is the PIMS PC studio
4. finish the correct setup
5. after installation go to file, setup, and enter your info
6. u are now connected with your phone!!!
i hope this helps for anyone who needs it cuz it really bothered me not being able to transfer files after i bought the usb cable
