Hey, I have also had the same problem just after having bought a new laptop, I tried everything. Have got it working however by plugging the USB cable (with phone attached) in to the computer, then accesing PIM & File Manager 2.0. It says the phone is offline etc, click ok. Disconnect PHONE from USB CABLE (NOT THE USB CABLE FROM COMPUTER). Now re-insert the phone, it worked for me, dont know if this is the same on any one elses computer

I'm the owner of a D900, but PC Studio don't allow me to transfer MMS to the PC...

Is this right? Some people told me that they can transfer them, so i don't know.

After looking through this entire topic, I can see I'm not alone in getting my phone to sync with the software. It truly must be rocket science.

Situation -
Phone - Samsung T319
Software - Samsung PC Studio PIM & File Manager 1.0 (this is the only software for the T319 listed on the Samsung site)
Cable - 9-pin Serial cable (This version software does not support USB)

When I first instlled the software, everything was fine. Phone and computer connected fine. I even downloaded pictures from the phone to the PC. All was good.

Ever since that time I've not been able to get the phone and PC to connect. The software always shows the phone as ofline and ghosted. When I plug the cable into the phone, the phone beeps, the display goes blank and blinks repeatedly, but nothing ever connects.

Any suggestions?
