to everyone who is having a problem transferring images, melodies, mp3's, mms etc using the software, just use the file manager...select phone, then images etc...after that in the box below, select files to xfer, wether it be images, mp3's etc and then when you have selected the file that you wanna xfer, the icon to upload it in the center will become visible...good luck icon_wink.gif

I am also having a problem with this software, it's driving me crazy! icon_twisted.gif
I installed everything yesterday, and everything came up. However it wouldn't let me put mp3s or images onto my phone because my "phone" and "port" weren't in the drop down list.
So I left it for the day, and now I have come back to try again it wont even open! I have clicked furiously, run as many times, inserting the disk and installing again, but it doesn't even get past the language selection.
Any help will be greatly appreciated! icon_smile.gif

I have read previous posts, and I tried with File Manager. But when I click on "My Phone" there are no other options such as Images.

well in that case maybe the cable is not properly connected to the port that's why the phone is not being detected....

Bought Samsung SGH S410i and downloaded software 2 days ago version 1.0.0.3. No problems connecting from PC to phone using bluetooth.
However unable to open 2 folders - Contents and Download Contents folders because of the locked icons on the folder. It asked me for password.
Called Samsung Helpline went through the phone to disable security settings. I have run out of luck.
I am now in the cold.
Maybe here I can get some assistance - in this dark alley.

Hi, I finished 15hrs of downloading for Samsung PC Studio 3 yesterday for my newly aquired E500 and have been working all day today to get it started w/o USB Cable. I've selected the Bluetooth Connection option but it won't allow going through the Connection wizard. Alternatively if I check the manual port option it sais that there is no Bluetooth Port. I don't know an awful lot about computers and the web but after searching around I downloaded a 'Bluetooth Framework X Demo' and 'bfxfree' but the connection wizard still maintains there is no Bluetooth Port. Am I supposed to do anything particular with the Bluetooth program or does anybody know of what I can do to make this work without getting a USB? All help is much appreciated.
