so im using the samsung pc studio 3 with my samsung sgh-d807 phone and i have installed the usb drivers and the samsung pc studio along with the direct x 9.0 or whatever it said was needed to work. the connection window popped up right after installation so i plugged in my phone. but for some reason it cannot detect my phone and never says its connected. why is this?
the music bundle accessory packaged says specifically it works with the samsung d807. which is funny because i intially bought it to work with my samsung sgh-a707 which didn't even need an installation, i just plugged it in and used the media player currently on my computer to transfer music. however that phone was defective and after three tries i had to switch to the d807 which is now giving me a whole different problem.

my software was install and i cant get my cell to connect to the computer and i cant get the ubs port to connect

i have a SGH P850 and i installed Samsung PC studio as well as the USB driver. However, when i connect my phone to the computer with the USB cable that came attached with the phone, the software cannot detect it, even though the computer can. how can i fix this?

i own a samsung e350 and the cable and installtion disk came with it.
i downloaded all the software (and that seemed to go fine) it connects ok and says its conneted to my phone on the status bar at the bottem, but all the icon things are greyed out!
i dont understand why i cant click on them.
Please Help!!
i've looked everywhere for a solution and i cant find one!

the icons are always greyed out for some reason but the file manager icon shouldnt be greyed out and that's what you can use to transfer images and music to your phone...

hmmm...did you install a driver for the bluetooth device?

I AM GOING NUTS WITH THIS I HAVE TRYED FOR WEEKS TRYING 2 FIX IT EVEN TRYING FILE MANAGER BUT SOME OF THE ICONS ARE GREYED OUT ON HIS WILL SOMEONE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME 8-( X

Hi,
I have a D600 and I use the software Mobile Master (http://www.mobile-master.com) to sync my contacts with Outlook. Works much better than the Samsung soft, but it is not free. But I think it is worth the money.
You can test it for 30 days, and copy file, load your addresses in that period.
For USB connection the Samsung driver must be installed.

I am stuck here too. I have an SGH-V140z and I am trying to connect to PC Studio via IRDA (I don't have a cable).
This used to work with no probs at all on EasyGPRS, but I can't get it to detect my phone at all on PC Studio. It's driving me mad as I really need to save some messages etc to PC.
Is there a special IRDA Driver that I need or something, because I can't find anything
No problems with the IRDA connection on the PC. I can transfer photos from the PC to the Phone (via the Windows XP transfer program) with no probs at all.
Any help would be great.
