go into ur camera settings, then into your video recorder settins and turn audio rec. to off. [/quote]
You don't need to turn audio rec. off. Just switching from photo to video mode solves the problem!

You will be able to resolve this by:
It will not show "Removable Drive" like a USB Flash Drive. You need to have its model PIMS and File Manager to do Files transfer between phone and pc. Please download software from the following link. Thank you.

i had the same grey option problem, but somehow fiddling around with the file manager (using the down content advice) i got it to work. Only problem now is that an error message keeps popping up:
"Video recording event was occured"
Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

i emailed Samsung tech support about this issue. They claim that the software still has not full support for the phones, so video download is still not supported. that was the dumbest thing i've ever heard. they actually expect that you record videos just to keep them in the phone.
however, they claim that a new version is in the works with video download support. This happened in september 2005 and until today i still have yet to see a new version come out.
i'm really dissapointed with the software... it is very incomplete.
