hi, i currently own a samsung e730 and i've just downloaded and installed the pims n file manager. problem is i cant get it to go online, i tried to input my port number, but it dosent allow me to type in that particular box.
can someone please help me

Are you using data cable? If so, do you know if you are using a compatible one for E730. Samsung has developed like half a dozen or more of different cables for different models and they are not compatible with each other. Moreover, if the data cable is an usb one, you need to install a driver for the cable.

Hello-- I'm hoping to buy a Samsung x497 in the near future, but need to have connectivity with my desktop PC via their Easy Studio(?) software. Does anyone know if this software synchronizes with MS Outlook, and if so, which parts of Outlook it supports (Contacts, Tasks, and/or Calendar)?

I have the same problem with the E770. The only Port it offers is IRDA and I am using a data cable which appears to be the correct one. It also says I am switching in offline.. What does this mean and how do I connect with my phone if I can't type in the type of port? What is the correct port anyway?

i tried downloading the pim and file manager from easy studio v2.0 for my samsung e350, but as soon as the download finishes an error message pops up saying
"error 1401. could not create key HKEY_USERS ...."
then the installation suddenly stops does not download properly.
does anyone know what i have to do?

i downloaded the pc studio II, but still cant connect. i have the usb and everything connected to my e730. the driver for the usb's installed too. is there anyone who can do a step by step type thing in solving this? =)

I installed all these programs but for some reason i can not upload anything to my phone because it says im offline. Does anyone know how i can change it to be online? please!

Hi, did you get ur phone working, to put songs on ur phone and ringstone? if so, how did u do it? to get to go online because i have the exact problem and i dont know how to fix it! thanks
