using the FileManager in Samsung PC Studio II 2.0, select the folder "Down Content" of your phone. That folder contains 3 sub-folders, namely Image, Video and Sound. Then select the file you want to upload from your PC and upload it to the correct folder (whether it's an image, a video or an MP3).
If you try to upload files anywhere else but to the Down Content folder, the upload button (the one with the up-arrow) will remain grey, ie unselectable.
Hope this works (it worked for me !). Good luck !

I have this info at work and I am not there right now but I am almost 100% sure you have the wrong cable.
If you want I can check for you email me at -edited-.com
I have had nothing but trouble with this software but finally figured out its the cables they have different model numbers and work with only certain phones.
Did you purchase it off ebay?

i had the same grey option problem, but somehow fiddling around with the file manager (using the down content advice) i got it to work. Only problem now is that an error message keeps popping up:
"Video recording event was occured"
Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
