is sam e700 compatible with samsung e310
i have already bought a data cable
and already installed the software but its seems to be it doesn't work..
its status will set to charging..

Unfortunately, they are not compatible. The following models' cable are compatible to E310:
D410-D418 / E300 / E310 / E600 / E710 / E715 / E850 / P100 / P400-P408 / S300-S307-S308 / V200-V206 / E600-E608 / X475 / X480 / E610

How is it possable to recognise what type of data cable they are. Mine is installed as PROLIFIC and only has a sticker on it saying T400. My phone is a D400, how can i tell if they match up????
Please help!

T400 is a very old model and its data cable is PCB037LBE. As for D400, is it STU-D400 for Korean market? Do you know if this phone is CDMA or GSM? I believe Korea use CDMA. If I am right, T400 cable is not compatible since cable for GSM phone is usually not compatible to CDMA phone.
