I got that amount exceeded limit message too when i tried to download browser settings for my mms (im having the same problem with cincinatti bell) and the customer ser5vice there told me to delete all text messages before i downloaded i did and tried to download the application again and it worked so. try that i guess but that just downloaded the the browser settiungs i still cant get my mms to work
