I was wondering if anyone out there has any ideas....I have the samsung s105 phone..I've been playing around with it a lot, but I can't seem to figure out how to take a digital camera picture and send it to the wallpaper on my phone via infrared and gprs software. I know the software and infrared work as I have sent images already to my phone. The pictures I have from my digital camera our jpg format. I used Microsoft paint to convert it to the 128x128 pixel size, but while sending it to my phone, gprs says failed to download..The onlny thing I noticed is when going to attributes for my picture, it says resolution 144x144. The pictures that were successfully sent to my phone all are in 72x72 resolution..Is that the problem?? If so, were can I get some software...? Thanks...

Try EasyGPRS 2.04. What format are you saving your pictures as? I usually use jpg and have had no problems yet. Do other pictures get sent properly? or just yours?

I'm using version 2.04 currently. The pictures are in jpg format. the resolution the pictures are downloaded from the camera to the computer are 2056 x 1280. Then I use microsoft paint to reduce it to 128 x 128. It just says sending failed after it looks like half the transfer is complete...I have had success with the pictures from this website and others...It is just my pictures from my digital camera..

That usually happens to me when I have too many pictures already in there (ie. out of memory)...so, remove one or two and then try it again.
Good luck!

the same happens to me. I cant transfer anything I took w/my camera (jpg format 640x480 res) I resize them properly 128x128. I even change dpi to about 50dpi. Easy GPRS says an error was encountered and has to shut down. Do I have to convert them to GIF format?

I found that the easygprs software didnt like the jpeg format, so i tried the gif format and it worked smooth as silk. Now for gif animations, i dont know. The wap gateway the T-mobile provides doesnt allow any files i think over 15kb to be sent. So i need a way to send them via data cable.

Go to your Funbox menu, then Downloads, then Pictures.
The options menu from here will allow you to delete them.
