Which driver did you use? Is that you downloaded from DataPilot or FutureDial? Have you tried the cdma usb driver from Samsung? I just recently found that Samsung also provided usb driver as well.
http://www.samsung.com/search/search.asp?qt=A620&la=en&col=wu+wsimsi+d ownload&tabpage=1&radio=1&select=0#
click on software and you should find a usb driver for A620. I suppose driver shouldn't be model specific.
If you have another computer, I suggest you install the Samsung driver and the PCLink 2000 to the other computer and see if it works or not.
By the way, I sometimes login MSN messenger, you can find me there, user name same as my email address.

I got the same messages as well, but I have successfully used DataPilot & SnapSync with my a680. I prefer the DataPilot software as it does the address book and retrieves the pictures from the phone; it will also do the calendar function. What I have not been able to do is retrieve the video with any software program. Does anyone know of any software that is capable of retrieving the video?
