I have two Samsung A680 cellphones using Sprint as the carrier. Both phones no longer have any audio ringtones. Only the "vibrate" works to alert us to incoming calls. Other than the lack of a ringer, the phones both send and receive calls without any problem.
Sprint and Samsung have no answers for me, except to buy new phones. I have reset (rebooted) the phones with no luck. I have also downloaded a new ringtone to the phone, but it still does not work. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any ideas how to solve it?
