Has anyone been able to send pic messages to other than verizon customers? I'm trying to send to Vodafone (Ireland)

The only major cell phone companies that have agreements to exchange video & pic messages across networks is Cingular and Verizon. Most of the companies, at least as of now, can only send pics & videos within their own network. So to answer your question, you can only send pics and videos to Cingular customers outside of Verizons network. You many not be able to send everyone pics, but you can send anyone a text message. Thanks, I've been able to do the text messaging to them. Maybe they'll expand to include other major companies....

I just remembered that Vodafone is Verizon Wireless' parent company, so you might actually be able to send your friends a pic or video. Give it a try. It might work.

It came back as MMS Problem Invalid Destination address (I used the same phone# I use to send the text messages to)... oh well.
