Hi guys.I have a big problem.I broke the plastic screen in my Samsung D500.I bought a new housing but now I have a problem with changig it.I called samsung but they have only one service in Texas.Can any one give me an idea hot to change it?I unsrew the 4 screws and then I'm stuck.Please help thanks

You can download the service manual of D500 from http://www.mobile-files.com and do a search for D500 service manual. You have to register as a member to be allowed to download from the forum.

I have the manual but ther's nothing there.I also downloaded the manual from samsung's website but i have the same thing in original.I also did a search but no result.don't know what to do.I paid 350$ for the phone and it is ridiculous that no1 know how to fix it.crazy.thanks for the reply bro

Are you sure you have the service manual? It is not same as the user manual which you can download from Samsung. Within the service manual, there is a page which has an Exploded view of the phone that shows the screw location, how different pieces are attached to each other and etc.

OK i'll download the service manual.If that will not help I'll go to a local servie phone or something.I have another issue on which maybe you can help.When I install the GPRS for the mp3 to get from my PC to my cell I get a message that the CD for XP is incompatible.Why is that ?the cd is for xp damn it.
