Puk is "pin unlock key", what you want is a sim subsidy unlock code, the razor can be unlocked with smartclip, if you are trusting email old fool he will do it for you but you need to ship the phone to him (he is trustworthy). I have heard that your service provider is not giving these codes out anymore so you need a smartclip. PS>Phone Model:
Motorola Razor... not your mobile number lol.

I have an MPX200 that i got as a birthday present from a friend. The phone seems to work with my cingular sim card, but the display still says AT&T wireless. Did i just get lucky with my phone or do i need to get it unlocked, and the firmware upgraded. Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated

it sounds like it is already unlocked... try doing a manual network search
On the Home screen, press the Programs soft key
Select More
Select Settings, and then press the Action button.
Scroll and select Telephony and press the Action button
Select Networks and press the Action button
Scroll and select Network Selection and press the Action button
Select Manual. select CINGULAR or CINGULAR WIRELESS
Press the register key
