My friend has an LG and on network services they go to manual select and go to another network whenever it is on there (they have cingular)
But when i do the same thing it will say REGISTERING but then says FAILED just wondering what the differerence was thanks

Your phone doesn't support the bandwidth that the cingular tower uses.

So does mean i can never roam Cingular my bands are 900/1900(Do you know what networks i can roam) thanks

Well Cingular does have a few towers that use the bandwidth that your phone supports just not the tower that is in your area obviously, Not sure off the top of my head what service providers you are going to be able to roam off, you will know if you do a manual network selection and it lets you register to their tower.

T-mobile probaly dosent have roaming aggrements with cingular in your area
|
