Added on Nov. 19th, 2005:
rapidcycler had uploaded the driver on his website, so everybody can get it directly. Thanx rapidcycler.

I too am stuck with a CA-42 cable, bought on ebay and the drivers supplied do not work for it.

Hi all!
I bought a CA-42 cable last week, but windows cannot find any drivers for it. I got a driver cd also with some kind of driver on it, but I cannot install them(it quits with error). I suppose that I bought a chinese cable, because there is no "Nokia" label on it, and the official Nokia driver doesn't work.
Could someone send me the chinese driver?
I'll look at this topic often, but here's my email just for sure:

Hi,
First of all thanks for the driver. Unfortunately I found out that they are the same I have on the cd of the cable, which I couldn't manage to install. How could you install that driver? If I simply enter its' path for windows it says that there are no compatible drivers in that directory, I have tried to use another USB port, to reinstall the driver and even on a secondary windows, but none of it helped me.
Thanks for the help, and sorry for the email I had forgetten to send, I was very busy recently.

Unfortunately, sorry to tell you guys, that my cellphone was stolen yesterday. We caught one of the three thieves and send him to the police, however my phone might be held by the other two bad guys who had escaped.
But never mind, I'll continue providing everyone the driver for CA-42 cable.
And also @#$%%$#$%#@ the thieves.
