Well I wouldn't say the v220 is the best phone, but it is one of the cheaper ones.
I would have to say the Sony Ericsson Z500a. Even though I don't really like the way their overall layout of the phone, it is the best price for the best options including video.
I would say Nokia 6230 is your best phone with best options. But the Motorola V551 is a close second. I've had both and the Nokia just performs better, but I like the Style of the motorola V551 best.

I would go with V551 like skunkwork suggested, Not a huge fan of V220 (think its ugly lol)

The V551 isnt that expensive, the request was for reasonably pricing not cheap.
