I have finally got my computer (PST program) to talk to my T720. Now I can't figure out what to do to get my gifs and midis on my phone. Will someone walk me through it? I would greatly appreciate your help! I am going crazy with these preset backgrounds and ringtones!!!

You must have mbe prog. first.
Then you can make "m-services backup" file, consisting of midis and gifs.
With such file you can run pst. When it estamblish connection with phone, you should select "new" menu, then select "m-services backup" from this menu, and then "open" > "m-services backup" file> open your file (which was made with mbe). Last thing is to hit "write to phone" icon, and wait (don't disconect the phone if it don't want to wake from suspend mode - use "restart" option in pst).
Thats all...
I think that it's easy to understand but ask if you have any problems, I will answer

PST comes from (http://www.--edited.com) and EMS comes from (http://kickme.to/emsmanager). Once you get it to work it really rocks! I can make my own backgrounds and upload them. It just makes me a little nervious each time when the phone is talking to the computer and the phone has to be restarted.

For C350,T720
I would like to thank all the people who give links and other resources to make all of this possible. All credits should go to them.
OK, let's start!!
This step by step tutorial was what done with GSM Motorola T720 and it did work. Note though that people reported this program will burn their CDMA T720 phone, so use it at your own risk. Therefore, I am not responsible for any damage to your phone.
What you need:
1. USB or Serial Cable for C350. You can get these on ebay.
2. The software package, which came with this tutorial.
3. A Personal Computer with USB support.
4. A GSM Motorola C350.
Before Installation:
1. Make sure your cable is unplugged from your PC.
2. Locate and double click on the file Motorola Handset USB Driver.exe to install the USB Driver for your USB Cable. Note, this package does not include the driver for your Serial cable.
3. Once done install the USB Driver, double click on the PST_4.8.1.exe file to install the service software. Follow instructions. Note, this software will only work on Windows 98SE and Windows 2000 (PST6.0 for WinXP).
4. Once done with installing the software, unzip the content in file Pst4_8_Crack.zip to the installation directory of PST (default C:\Program Files\Motorola\PST) and replace all the existing files when prompted. What you've just done is replace the crack files so that you can use the program without limits.
5. Once everything is done, power up your phone, connect it to the PC using the USB Cable.
6. Once everything is plugged in, you'll see windows will detect your phone as a Motorola USB Modem.
7. Launch the PST Phone Manager located on your desktop/start menu. Once the program is launched, you'll be prompted for several new devices noted as Motorola C350 Phone, and a new hardware wizard will follow. You need to specify the option Display list of drivers not the RECOMMENDED option by windows. After that you need to point the location of the driver by clicking on Have Disk button and point to C:\Program Files\Motorola\PST and select the p2k.inf file (or equivalent). Click on OK, and the wizard will install the new hardware automatically. If not just repeating the same procedure and use the same driver.
8. Once all those things are done, you should be connected. Click on File New and select KJava File. A window should popup and you click on the Read for phone button (button with the phone and an arrow pointing to the right). After that is done, you should see the button Enable/Disable Java Application will be enable and the text right below it will tell you if your Java App Loader is enabled or disabled. If it is Disabled then click on the button to enable it. Then click on the Write to Phone button.
9. Once that is done, you can hit the Restart Phone button to re-power up your phone. You can close out the PST software now, and disconnect your phone cable for a moment.
10. Go to your phone and hit Menu> Settings> Java Tools> Java App Loader and you'll see a window that said Insert Cable Now and this is when you insert your phone cable. Once the cable is inserted, you'll see your phone say Java Loader Active now.. You can now click End to go to home.
11. Open up Midway.exe from the Midway_2.6.zip file. Select the port (to find out the port right-click on My Computer and Properties, then go to Device manager and expand the Modem tree, then select Motorola USB Modem and double click on it to get its properties) the in the AT Command box, just put in AT without quotes as the command. Try to hit on the Send AT Command button and you should see the word OK as your output. After this, download any .jad and .jar into your computer. Open up the .jad and modify the URL of the .jar to point to current directory. For instance your .jad said something like http://www.somewhere.com/myapplet.jar as your midlet URL. You need to change it to myapplet.jar ad the result.
12. Once done, go to Midway and click on Open .jad file. Point to your .jad and click upload to phone button. Once everything is working correctly, go to your phone and you'll see it'll ask you to download and select the Download button. Once done it'll install and you are ready to play.

Once again easier then MBE is p2kman, just open p2kman and upload the midis and gifs 1 by 1 instead of making mbe files each time you want a picture or ringer on. Plus p2kman is useful for many other things as well.
