I already found out how to do the wallpaper, i have Moblie phone tools updated online to 3.23, i download and installed pk2man, PST 7.11. I also flashed my phone and it now has a differnet software installed. My phone is a motorola V710 for Verizon Wireless. Help me so that I may help others. Verizon Wireless really deceived and ripped me off and i want to get what I paid for.[/b]

I would recommend that you use mpt to transfer ring tones instead of p2kman. I used p2kman to transfer some to my v180 and had to go through and reprogram the ring styles menu to be able to change the details.

Have heard that Verizon disables this feature.
Send the ring tones to /a/mobile/audio
Keep in mind that you may have to use PST to get your soft/loud detail menu to work again as uploading ring tones with p2k usually makes it kick you back to the main menu

Any p2k program will do this to you, I definately for the sake of less problems recommend using only MPT for uploading ringtones. I don't know why but the P2k programs allow you to play them, but when it comes to ringtones MPT just gives them that little tag or something that makes it possible.

You can still apply them as ring tones through the mutlimedia>sounds>menu>apply as ring tone, but ring tones does not show up under ring styles>soft/loud detail, so if you assign this way and try to go to loud/soft detail you get booted out (PST FIX or reassign a downloaded ring tone that shows up in loud/soft detail). Agreed though MPT is way better and for some reason gets them into the ring styles menu.

Yes, Agreed. It seems that MPT has a way of filing the MP3 twice instead of once like P2kman does.
